Get Ready to Tickle your Pixels I'm supporting the March of Dimes by walking on April 28th. To sponsor me, please click here. I am by no means a trained professional of website or graphic design, but I, too, once was very new to the whole concept. Nor am I an employee of Jasc, Inc, the makers of Paint Shop Pro. I am, however, an enthusiast (or otherwise an addict) of this powerful piece of software that has allowed me to create my own unique images for use on the web, rather than resorting to either Front Page templates or graphics from various clip art collections. As you make your travel along the internet, you'll find a great many Paint Shop Pro enthusiasts and addicts at various stages of skill. You'll also find that we all have our own particular main reasons why we choose PSP over other graphic editing software programs.....and that we use other programs as well. Some of us use PSP to make stationery for Outlook Express, others to make animations, other folks are tub-a-holics. The newest version of PSP (version 7) included some of the best photo editing tools that I've ever worked with. Once you get the hang of how the tools work in PSP, you'll also find that you'll be creating your own images from scratch where you don't have to worry about copyright infringement, because what you have made is truly your own.
