Terms of Service & Usage

I'm supporting the March of Dimes by walking on April 28th, 2007. To sponsor me, please click here.

Everyone hates this part, but I'll try to keep it simple and straight-forward. Not many people take the time to read "Terms of Service" on sites and if you are reading this now, I do appreciate your time.

I only have a few guidelines that I hope you will follow and be advised that these terms apply to all of my sites or any place that I have uploaded my work, i.e., Yahoo groups, news groups, photo storage sites and the like.

I've worked very hard on the images and sites that I have created. Basically, all I ask is that my hard work not to be sold or claimed by someone else.

The tag above can be used on your site to point your visitors back to my site.

The Don't List

1. Please do not upload any of my tutorial pages to your own site or distribute by email. You may, however, provide a link to any page.
2. Please do not claim any of the images I have created as your own.
3. Please do not link to any of my files either on your own site or through email. This is what as known as bandwidth theft. Not only that, if I move a file to a different location, rename or replace it, you'll end up with an ugly red-x on your site.
4. Please do not place my tutorials or files on any compilation CD for resell or any other reproducible media for resell or financial gain.
5. Files that I upload to my downloads sections are available for you use as you see fit as long as you do not sell them. This means you can use them on your own website, in OE stationery, cards that you print and make. If you do use any of these files on your web site, I do ask that you provide a link back to my site, either the main page or the specific page. Do NOT link directly to any file.
  6. At the time I upload any of my files to this site, they are virus-free and will not harm your computer in any way. I can not vouch for what happens to these files once they have lived on this site for any period of time. Always run a virus checker on anye file that you download from the Internet before opening.
7. I reserve the right to ask you to remove any of my images from your site including altered ones if your site(s) promotes WAREZ, pornography, abuse to any person, animal, plant or the destruction of personal, public or commercial property.

The Do List

1. If you are a PSP tutorial list owner or are selected to choose a tutorial for your group, you can use any of my tutorials without having to ask for permission first. Do provide your group the link for the tutorial selected.
2. Any image you have created as a result of one of my tutorials belongs to you. You can display it however and where ever you choose. If you are especially pleased with your results, you can provide a link to my site, but it's not a requirement.
3. In the event that sometime down the road I decide to move any of my sites, if there is a particular tutorial that you especially liked, print it now. I might move the site, lose a site, etc, and then you've got to hunt it down all over again.
4. If you use any of my tubes, frames, etc, to decorate your web site, please provide a link back to mine. If you want to show me what you've done, sign my guest book.
5. If you run across a stumbling block trying to complete any of my tutorials (or anyone else's), take a few moments to do something not PSP for a little while. Play a game of Solitaire, wash that load of laundry you've been putting off, take a walk around the block and when you come back, things might seem a little clearer your next go.
6. Most of all............have fun!
